Jay is knowledgeable about European cars and is dependable. He is my go to guy for my Audi Q5. Billy (Jay’s right hand man) is also at par and handles many critical tasks. Erica, at the front desk knows a lot about cars and is very helpful. If you own an European vehicle you can go to them with complete confidence. Their analysis of any issues are accurate, service is fast, and their charge is lesser than what Audi would charge. Many a times they have done inspection free of charge.
