Drove almost 200 miles from Toledo just to buy a car from them. Super nice and HONEST! I asked their opinion on 2 cars I was debating getting and they told me their honest opinion on which was better and WHY! When i test drove a car I noticed a weird noise and they didn't hesitate to fix it (and another thing they noticed, which i didn't)! Best service and a cute golden retriever!!

I bought a new car and needed to get 2 wheel hubs replaced. I dropped my car off today and it was done when I got off work same day. I’m very pleased with the work and the fact they could have told me I needed extra work done (my Evap thing needs fixed but not in my budget right now with the other repair). Joe... I think he’s the owner diagnosed my car and told me it wouldn’t hurt anything if I didn’t fix it right now. He wasn’t trying to get more money out of me and I’ve never had that like at Midas, CarX, etc... they try to push you into more & more! I’m very HAPPY and will recommend them to everyone in the area. I was provided with a fair price, great service, hospitality, and a fast turn around time. I will definitely be coming back with any future repairs. Thanks again for the wonderful service Joe!

Got a screw in the tire. Needed new tires anyway. Jay gave a quote and suggestions on tires. He got replacement tires in the next day and also replaced them the same day. Quality service. Very friendly. Would highly recommend

Jay was super helpful with my son's 2001 Ranger. It was making an awful noise in the driveshaft. They diagnosed it and repaired it within a day. Did a safety inspection and mentioned things that will need fixed in the future but not a necessity right now. He was very thorough with his explanation of everything. Super friendly and honest. I definitely did not feel like he was trying to sell me anything I didn't need as I have with other shops. It made it super easy to pay online and pick up after hours. Thank you. I will definitely be using Prestige again for my car repairs.
