very disappointed and ripped off. long story short I tried to replace a crankshaft sensor myself, I couldn't get the bolt on, and i also wanted to know what else was wrong with it because it had some other issues. so I had it towed to them and about 4 days later I'm able to drive it home but I have a new tail light out that wasn't there when I went in. that's not the worst, the crank sensor they replaced, THEY DID THE SAME EXACT THING I DID AND DIDNT BOLT IT DOWN AND MY ORDER WAS ALMOST 500. I've tried reaching out, but been ignored. if they can take ownership and give me a refund, it's all good. I understand things happen but I feel screwed over, I've had to work on my vehicle myself for 3 days and miss work because of negligent service. I'm not letting this go I work too hard, the camshaft needed replaced as well so I now I'm off work doing it myself, losing money . I would like to add Jay wasn't the mechanic. I believe it was 1 of his employees
