We have been using Prestige since it was established. Jay Edward's is the consumate professional and is incredibly versed in the repair of European and American vehicles. We will not use any other mechanic. He is trustworthy beyond reproach, as well as approachable. He takes time to explain whatever issues you have. I have referred him countless folks with nothing but excellent responses. If you want the best, hire the best, forget the rest. Thank you

very disappointed and ripped off. long story short I tried to replace a crankshaft sensor myself, I couldn't get the bolt on, and i also wanted to know what else was wrong with it because it had some other issues. so I had it towed to them and about 4 days later I'm able to drive it home but I have a new tail light out that wasn't there when I went in. that's not the worst, the crank sensor they replaced, THEY DID THE SAME EXACT THING I DID AND DIDNT BOLT IT DOWN AND MY ORDER WAS ALMOST 500. I've tried reaching out, but been ignored. if they can take ownership and give me a refund, it's all good. I understand things happen but I feel screwed over, I've had to work on my vehicle myself for 3 days and miss work because of negligent service. I'm not letting this go I work too hard, the camshaft needed replaced as well so I now I'm off work doing it myself, losing money . I would like to add Jay wasn't the mechanic. I believe it was 1 of his employees
